Maria Rus Bojan – curator, arts consultant, and founder of Maria Rus Bojan Art Agency.

Based in Amsterdam, she has extensive international curatorial and institutional experience, having previously worked at the Art Museum of Cluj and as director of the Sindan Cultural Foundation. She has played a key role in the early international visibility of artists such as Adrian Ghenie, Victor Man, and Ciprian Mureșan.

Her curatorial work includes major international exhibitions and collaborations, notably with Ulay, as well as projects presented at institutions such as Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam and Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt. She has also curated the Romanian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale.

Active within major international networks, she has been affiliated with institutions such as Tate Modern and currently serves on several advisory and board positions, contributing to the international development and visibility of Eastern European contemporary art.
